Calido Living is a tourist and/or hotel accommodation establishment. Stays are formalised through a temporary accommodation contract that includes the provision of associated services typical of this type of activity. Consequently, the contract entered into does not constitute a residential tenancy or a seasonal tenancy subject to the Urban Leases Act (LAU).
