For bookings of more than 30 nights, a €250 advance is paid at the time of booking, which is deducted from the second month (so it is not an additional cost). At check-in you pay a €750 security deposit (refunded after check-out once the apartment is confirmed to be in good condition) and the amount for the current month; the following months are paid within the first three days of each month. For bookings of less than 30 nights, the full booking is paid and, at check-in, a €100 hold is placed on a credit or debit card (VISA or Mastercard), released no later than one day after check-out if there are no incidents.

Can I book by full weeks?

Yes. With Calido you decide the length of your stay: you can book from a few days up to twelve months, by full weeks or for the period that best suits your plans.

Does the private parking have an additional cost?

Yes. We offer private parking for €10 per day. We recommend requesting it in advance, as spaces are subject to availability.
