We strive to ensure that all our buildings are as environmentally sustainable as possible, with BREEAM Excellent certification. Our buildings are equipped with solar panels, making them 100% powered by renewable energy. We also provide chargers for electric vehicles and promote the use of bicycles.

Calido Living is a tourist and/or hotel accommodation establishment. Stays are formalised through a temporary accommodation contract that includes the provision of associated services typical of this type of activity. Consequently, the contract entered into does not constitute a residential tenancy or a seasonal tenancy subject to the Urban Leases Act (LAU). The relationship between the guest and the establishment is governed by the applicable tourism regulations, the general terms and conditions, and the establishment’s internal rules, which the customer accepts at the time of booking. This accommodation model is designed to offer flexible stays with integrated services, typical of a hospitality experience, in a professional environment regulated in accordance with tourism regulations.
