PROMOTION: GET UP TO €320 OFF YOUR STAY IN JULY AND AUGUST 2026.

The promotion described in this document is subject to the following terms and conditions:

FIRST.– PROMOTION ORGANISER

The company offering the promotion consisting of obtaining up to €320 off your rent for the months of July and August 2026, under the terms and conditions set out below (the “Promotion”), is any of the following entities:

• CALIDO ALCOBENDAS: FLIV ALCOBENDAS SLU, with registered address at Avenida de la Industria, 7, 28108 Alcobendas, and Tax ID No. B88121462.
   
• CALIDO VALDEBEBAS: FLIV VALDEBEBAS SLU, with registered address at Calle Carlos Fernández Casado, 36, 28055 Madrid, and Tax ID No. B10687572.
   
• CALIDO LAS TABLAS: FLIV LAS TABLAS SLU, with registered address at Calle Castiello de Jaca, 1, 28050 Madrid, and Tax ID No. B13891536.
   
• CALIDO TRES CANTOS: FLIV TRES CANTOS, S.L., with registered address at Ronda de la Luna 22, 28760 Tres Cantos, and Tax ID No. B13891510.

SECOND.– PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

The purpose of the Promotion is for Calido Living to grant individuals who have made a reservation and signed an accommodation services agreement, and who meet all the requirements set out in this document, the possibility of enjoying up to €320 off their rent for the months of July and August, 2026 under the terms and conditions detailed below.

Exceptionally, Calido Living grants individuals who meet the established conditions a discount applicable to the first month of stay, under the following terms:

• Free parking during the months of July and August 2026 at Calido Alcobendas, Las Tablas, Calido Valdebebas and Calido Tres Cantos.
   
• A discount of ninety euros (€90) on the rent for July and August 2026 for stays of between two (2) and five (5) months in the Calido studios in Alcobendas, Las Tablas, Valdebebas and Tres Cantos. 
   
• A discount of one hundred and ten euros (€110) on the rent for July and August 2026 for stays of between two (2) and five (5) months in the 1-bedroom apartments at Calido Alcobendas, Valdebebas and Tres Cantos or the double/premium studios at Calido Las Tablas. 
   
• A discount of one hundred and fifty euros (€150) on the rent for July and August for stays of more than 5 months in the 1-bedroom apartments at Calido Alcobendas, Valdebebas or Tres Cantos or doble/premium studios at Las Tablas.
   
• A discount of two hundred euros (€200) on the rent for July and August 2026 for stays of more than five (5) months in the Calido studio in Alcobendas, Las Tablas, Valdebebas and Tres Cantos. 
   
• A discount of three hundred and twenty euros (€320) on the rent for July and August 2026 for stays of more than ten (10) months in 1-bed apartments with patio at Calido Valdebebas.

Individuals who make their reservation after 31 July 2026, or who, despite having reserved within the stated period, check in after the established date, or whose stay does not meet the above requirements, will not be eligible for this Promotion.

This promotion does not apply to partial months within June, July and August. If your stay does not cover the whole month (for example, if you arrive or depart mid-month), the promotional discount will not apply for that month.

The Promotion excludes any additional services that guests may contract separately from the accommodation agreement, such as laundry, pets, etc.

In the event of early departure prior to the agreed end date in the accommodation services agreement, the €90, €110, €150, €200 or €320 discount will be reclaimed due to non-compliance with the contracted period.

• This Promotion does not apply to legal entities.
• Offer valid while stocks last. 
• Bookings made directly through the website may be eligible for this promotion. Once the booking has been completed, a member of our team will contact the customer to verify the booking details and apply the relevant promotional terms. The promotion will only be deemed applied once confirmed by the team member and will remain subject to compliance with all other requirements and conditions set out in this promotion.

THIRD.– TERRITORIAL AND TEMPORAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

The Promotion shall apply exclusively to:

• Studios and apartments owned by Calido Living. The Promotion will be valid from 18 May 2026 until 24:00 (midnight) on 31 July 2026.

FOURTH.– ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Individuals wishing to benefit from the Promotion must meet each and every one of the following requirements (the “Promotion Requirements”):

• Only individuals may benefit from the Promotion described in this document, limited to one reservation per individual. Legal entities are excluded.
   
• Only new customers of the relevant property may benefit from this Promotion. It will not be valid for extensions or renewals within the same property.
   
• Interested individuals must have made a definitive booking of an accommodation services agreement and commenced their stay at Calido Living between 18 May 2026 and 24:00 (midnight) on 1 August 2026. Those who signed the agreement or started their stay before or after this period will not be eligible for the Promotion.
   
• Guests must fully comply with the contractual conditions set out in the accommodation services agreement, particularly financial obligations, and must remain up to date with all payments throughout the duration of the agreement.
   
• Guests may not combine this Promotion with any other Calido Living promotion or campaign unless explicitly stated otherwise.

FIFTH.– PRIVACY POLICY – CALIDO LIVING

SIXTH.– AMENDMENTS TO THE PROMOTION TERMS

Calido Living reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time in order to ensure the proper execution of the Promotion, including but not limited to extending the Promotion period, adding new benefits, and/or suspending the Promotion at any time.

EIGHTH.– ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Application of this Promotion implies the express acceptance by tenants of the terms and conditions set out in this document. Therefore, participants are bound by these terms in order to benefit from the Promotion and must comply with all requirements herein.

NINTH.– GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with this document and, where applicable, Spanish common law. Any disputes arising from its implementation or application shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
