Building information guide

1. Rooms services

For stays longer than one month

In order to offer you the best possible stay, please review the inventory of your apartment and report any issues or damage found upon your arrival.

You must complete this form within 48 hours of your check-in. If you report any issues, the reception team will coordinate a visit to your apartment to assess them.

If you do not complete it, we will assume that everything was in good condition upon your arrival.

Room cleaning

Cleaning will be carried out every two weeks, including a change of bed linen and towels (kitchen area excluded).

If you'd like to arrange weekly cleaning, you can do so at reception for an additional cost of €45/month.

If you need a one-off cleaning service, it can also be booked at reception for an additional cost of €30/session.

We have a self-service laundry located on the second floor.

Washing (including detergent and fabric softener) – €3,50.
Drying – €2,00.

In collaboration with Menaki, we have prepared a selection of packs with everything you might need to settle in comfortably from day one: kitchenware, cleaning products, bedding and much more.

2. Maintenance service

If you have any maintenance issues, please contact reception via WhatsApp to report the problem and provide your apartment number. We will address your request as soon as possible.

3. Parcel delivery service

To speed up deliveries during your stay, we work with smart lockers that you can find at the entrance to the building's car park. Please do not hesitate to ask reception if you have any questions.

4. Food and drink

In the Calido Club area on the ground floor, there is a market corner with smart fridges where you can find snacks, ready meals and drinks, as well as a coffee machine.

We also offer a fruit and vegetable delivery service provided by The Fruit of the World. Orders can be placed via WhatsApp on +34 648 82 54 37, indicating that the order is for the Calido Living store in Valdebebas, and you will receive it within 24 hours. If you place your order before noon, it will arrive the same day, otherwise it will arrive the following day.

5. Facilities and Communal Areas

Gym and calisthenics area: open 24/7, located on the ground floor.
Ping-pong area: available on the ground floor. Equipment can be borrowed from reception between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.
In addition, at Calido Tres Cantos we work with Juan, our personal trainer, with whom you can book private classes. You can do so by sending an email to info@reboootmadrid.com or contacting us via WhatsApp at: +34 687 98 77 64
The pet spa is always available and can be found on floor -1.
Car park open 24 hours a day and located on floor -1, where you can park motorbikes and bicycles.

6. Transport and mobility

Calido Tres Cantos enjoys excellent access to public transport and is only a 16-minute drive from Chamartín. In addition, you can count on the following options.

Taxi transfers to the airport (by reservation and at a cost) or key locations, by contacting reception. Some of the fixed prices:
- Airport Terminal 4: €22 - €24
- Airport Terminal 2: €28 - €31
- Airport Terminal 1: €31- €35
- Chamartín Station: €21 - 24
- Atocha Station: €35 - €38
- IFEMA: €23 - €25
Covered parking available for €10/day or on a monthly subscription for residents at €60/month for cars and €30/month for motorcycles.

7. Pets

If you're travelling with pets, please familiarise yourself with our Pet Policy.

It outlines the rules and guidelines to ensure a comfortable stay for both you and your furry companion.

8. Other services
