Candidate Privacy Policy

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data when you apply for a position at Calido Living.

Data controller

The data controller for your personal data during the recruitment process is Dazia Capital Specialist, S.L., with tax identification number (NIF) B10528065 and registered office at C/ Alfonso XII, 32, 1st floor, 28014 Madrid.

If, as a result of the recruitment process, it is decided to formalise your employment contract, the company within the Calido Living group with which you enter into that contract will become the data controller for your personal data as an employee, in accordance with the applicable Employee Privacy Policy of that company, of which you will be informed.

Purposes of processing, categories of data and legal basis

The data processed under this policy is obtained directly from you or from the relevant job portal.

The processing of special categories of data, where applicable (for example, health data relevant to the post or information on disability for the purposes of adapting the recruitment process), will be carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the GDPR, and you will be informed in all cases of which data will be used and for what purpose.

Retention periods

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the relevant recruitment process. If you are not selected, your data will be retained for a further period of one (1) year from the end of the process, so that we may contact you regarding future recruitment processes that match your profile, unless you object to such retention.

If you are offered a position, your data will be processed in accordance with the Employee Privacy Policy of the Calido Living group company with which you enter into your employment contract.

Rights of data subjects

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as withdraw any consent you may have given at any time, by contacting Dazia Capital Specialist, S.L., via email at dpo@calido-living.com or in writing to the postal address indicated in the section on the data controller. Your request will be dealt with within a maximum of one month, which may be extended by a further two months in the event of complexity or a high volume of requests.

If you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Recipients

Your personal data may be disclosed by Dazia Capital Specialist, S.L. to companies within the Calido Living group where there is a possibility of offering you a vacancy in one of them, other than the one for which you initially applied.

Likewise, your data may be disclosed to public authorities and bodies where required by tax, labour, social security or any other applicable legislation, and to data processors providing support services for the management of recruitment processes, such as application management or job platforms.

No international transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area is currently planned. Should this become necessary in the future, you will be expressly informed and the safeguards required by Chapter V of the GDPR will be put in place.

Security measures

The Calido Living Group has implemented appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of the personal data processed in the context of recruitment processes, taking into account the state of the art, the costs, the nature and the risks of the processing.

Calido Living is a tourist and/or hotel accommodation establishment. Stays are formalised through a temporary accommodation contract that includes the provision of associated services typical of this type of activity. Consequently, the contract entered into does not constitute a residential tenancy or a seasonal tenancy subject to the Urban Leases Act (LAU). The relationship between the guest and the establishment is governed by the applicable tourism regulations, the general terms and conditions, and the establishment’s internal rules, which the customer accepts at the time of booking. This accommodation model is designed to offer flexible stays with integrated services, typical of a hospitality experience, in a professional environment regulated in accordance with tourism regulations.
